With 30 W of medium power and 60 W of peak power, you can choose the configuration that best suits your needs and especially those of your patients:
this reduces healing times and increases the photons that reach the deepest tissues, improving the effectiveness of therapies.
You can also choose to work at low energy levels (LLLT, i.e. low-level laser therapy) or opt for higher powers.

14 predefined emissions for every therapeutic need

The Ixyon XP is equipped with 14 preset emission modes, designed to make the most of photobiomodulation (PBM), as well as the action on thermo and mechanoreceptors.
The values are defined on the basis of the results of numerous scientific research, according to which the ideal laser emission to trigger PBMs is of a continuous or pulsed nature, with a minimum pulse duration of a few milliseconds.

Mectronic patented modes

The E²C mode, an exclusive patent of Mectronic Medical, characterized by a series of pulses of power, duration and variable frequency, ideal for generating a rapid analgesic effect while containing thermal effects on tissues, and PBM, a stochastic emission mode designed to maximize photobiomodulation while respecting emission times and dark periods deserve a separate discussion highlighted in numerous scientific research.

Lambda Wave Creator

Lambda Wave Creator is the innovative system that allows you to define the mix of wavelengths and the emission mode of each of them.
The operator can save the mode and the combination of emission modes created, thus obtaining an even more flexible and powerful result.

Patented tissue temperature control system

This patented technology, introduced for the first time by Mectronic Medicale, allows the emission of the device to be modulated to maintain the temperature of the treated tissues within predefined thermal thresholds in order to obtain the best therapeutic results in total safety.

This is not a simple thermal control, commonly available in laser treatment and cryotherapy devices, but a temperature measurement system that can block therapy and send an alarm to the operator when a predefined critical threshold is reached.

But that’s not the only difference that takes our patented technology to the next level: the vobulated mode allows the temperature to be kept within predefined thermal thresholds, further improving the quality of therapeutic results.

650 nm
Absorbed mainly by melanin, with excellent energy exchange at the surface level and at medium depth.
It inhibits bacterial proliferation and promotes cell growth, allowing wounds, sores and ulcers to heal faster.

780 nm
It activates the oxidative process of hemoglobin, accelerating the production of ATP.
Scientific research testifies to its effectiveness in the regeneration of nervous tissues.

810 nm
It accelerates the production of ATP, activating the oxidative process of hemoglobin.
The correct energy supply promotes the regeneration of muscle and tendon tissues.

905 nm
Absorbed by the main chromophores, this wavelength increases the amount of oxygen available to the cells, thus supporting the natural healing processes.

980 nm
Absorbed mainly by water, it optimizes the action on thermo and mechanoreceptors.
With the E²C mode it interacts well with the peripheral nervous system, for a rapid analgesic effect, thanks also to the Gate Control.

1064 nm
Highly directional, it conveys the right dose of energy to the noxa, with excellent synergy between analgesic effect and control of inflammatory processes, as well as the deep activation of metabolic processes.
