Since many of the pathologies that afflict the musculoskeletal system reside in depth, laser therapy, to be effective, must be able to penetrate as much as possible into the tissues.
One of the advantages of MHEL Therapy is precisely that it overcomes the superficial layers, reaching the origin of the pathology, thanks to two properties of the laser: wavelength and power.
With the same wavelength used, the higher the power, the greater the energy transmitted at the level of the tissue lesion.
The iLux PLUS is capable of up to 30W of average power, with 60W of peak power.

Up to 3wavelengths
Like the other MECTRONIC devices with the most advanced performance, iLux Plus also uses different wavelengths or combinations of the same, depending on the chosen therapy and the characteristics of the patient.
There are 3 wavelengths, which can be activated, deactivated or combined.

810 nm
It accelerates the production of ATP by activating the oxidative process of hemoglobin.
The correct energy supply promotes the regeneration of muscle and tendon tissues.

980 nm
Absorbed mainly by water, it optimizes the action on thermo and mechanoreceptors.
With the E²C mode it interacts well with the peripheral nervous system, for a rapid analgesic effect, thanks also to the Gate Control.

1064 nm
Highly directional, it conveys the right dose of energy to the noxa, with excellent synergy between analgesic effect and control of inflammatory processes, as well as the deep activation of metabolic processes.
