For first-time online customers, place items in your shopping cart and proceed to check out. Once you have placed your first order, you will be able to place future orders by simply entering your online username and password. Then, all of your account information, order history, reminders, wish lists, etc. will be available for easy, informative future ordering. If you checkout as a Guest, your information will not be saved.
All new facility or facility refresh orders, meaning orders that are typically over $10,000 are discounted even further. In this case, you can call us or request a quote on our website.
You can review the status of any order by logging into your account. From there, you will be able to view and track your orders. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also offer NET 30 billing terms to approved accounts.

Most orders for products that are in stock received by 1pm EST (Monday through Friday) will usually ship within 24 hours.
Backorders are processed as quickly as the product is received from our vendors. Most back orders ship on the very same day as receiving our stock. All back orders are shipped before any other orders.
