Allen is a founding partner of two previous manufacturing and distribution companies in healthcare and has worked in this field for 43 years. Allen served in the United States Navy and is a member of Silverdale Baptist Church. He has been married for 43 years with four children and eleven grandchildren. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, exercising, and gardening.
